<![CDATA[RespirAct™ Gas Control Forum — Failed to start command]]> https://respiractforum.com/viewtopic.php?id=34 Mon, 01 Jul 2019 19:48:36 +0000 PunBB 1.4.6 <![CDATA[Failed to start command]]> https://respiractforum.com/viewtopic.php?pid=41#p41 July 1st - Today we had a 'failed to start prep command' with no apparent cause (see attachment). The alarms were green and participant breathing was detected fine. We recalibrated and reverified the system anyway, but it didn't help. Therefore, we couldn't start prep. Has anyone else had this? (We've had this retry pop-up before with starting a sequence, but it always started eventually).

July 8th - Same thing happened today. Did not let us start prep but there were no warnings. Still investigating why.
